Robert has over a decade of experience in diverse areas of IT, and has chosen to specialise in systems engineering and solutions architecture. His areas of expertise include:

• installing and maintaining IT systems and solutions
• providing on-site and remote IT support services
• configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft network environments
• software and hardware troubleshooting
• preventive maintenance; data backup and recovery
• electronic design, and software development for embedded systems

Robert holds a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems degree (Belfort-Montbéliard University Institute of Technology), a Microsoft MCITP/MCSE (equivalent) qualification, and an Advanced Diploma of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Lycées Raoul Follereau Belfort). He is also a current member of the Australian Computer Society.
